Refund policy
Please note that since our products are handwoven, we mostly have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very careful handling.
Uniqueness or un-uniformity is the intrinsic nature of Handloom, let’s appreciate it.
Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns or exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, provided that no tassels and/or fall pico have been added on your request. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website.
Discounted/ Bargained product(s) cannot be exchanged/ returned..
Being natural materials, the fabrics may be prone to shrinkage and colour bleeding (especially natural dyes).
Given the unique and handcrafted nature of the product, the dimensions of the saree (attached blouse piece) may vary slightly from the dimensions declared.
The Company does not guarantee the colour/ purity/ content of zari unless stated explicitly on the product.
The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising out of any special, indirect remote, delays, economic or consequential loss or damage.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item therefore a parcel opening video is must while pointing out the defect in the product (if any)and reporting the same.
Please note that while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return. Returns because of any issues with additional complementary services such as fall or tassels will also not be accepted.
Since most of our products are handcrafted hence slight irregularity in weave or print or a stitch is not a defect. Thread pulls, zari missing, weaving effects in handloom are not considered as damage .
Take 360° parcel opening video without pause or cut showing clearly the contents of the parcel.Parcel Opening Video_* is must. Some customers use sharp objects & scissors to open the parcel which may damage the product inside. No return is Eligible in that case.
Your return request should be sent by email to suidhaga_aweavingsaga@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests send after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
We ensure all our products are quality checked, packed and shipped in tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per step 3.
Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 5 working days.
Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to the shared address within 7 days.
The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition, proper fold , original packaging and sent along with original bill and tags intact.
We aim to process all returns within 10 working days.
You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. We will initiate the process for a refund on your original debit or credit card within 7 working days but we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank authorities.

Exchanges
You may exchange your order only if no tassels and/or fall pico have been added on your request or confirmation.
You will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. (Please note that incoming shipments into India from overseas can attract very high custom duty charges. Those will need to be borne by the customer in case of an exchange.)
To and fro shipping charges will be applicable in case of overseas shipments.
All our apparel is made on order and cannot be exchanged. Fabrics are cut from the full yardage and cannot be exchanged, Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be exchanged.
If our exchange policy is repeatedly misused by customers, we reserve the right to refuse future exchange requests.

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on https://suidhagaaweavingsaga.com/ and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
